Order in Council 889/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

a portion of highway in the City of Toronto, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being part of Lot 9, Concession 3, Colonel Smith’s Tract, (Geographic Township of Etobicoke), shown as Parts 3, 4, 5 and 6 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-1960-296, being a Reference Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Toronto Boroughs and York South as Plan 64R-6810, be closed pursuant to Subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
