Order in Council 892/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. The portions of highway in the Geographic Township of North Fredericksburgh, now in the Town of Greater Napanee, in the County of Lennox and Addington, in the Province of Ontario, being shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-3174-40 filed with the Record Services Unit, Eastern Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Kingston on the 23rd day of October, 2020, be designated as controlled-access highway, pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended; and
2. The designation as a controlled-access highway described in Schedule 64 to Regulation 399, R.R.O. 1970 (P-3174-4) be revoked, pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
