Order in Council 896/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portion of highway in the geographic township of Lyell, in the Township of South Algonquin, in the District of Nipissing, shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2696-59, being a Designation Plan filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeast Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on the 18^th day of May, 2021 be designated as secondary highway pursuant to section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended; and
2. the designation as secondary highway by Order in Council O.C. 1096/56 effective December 26, 1956, shown on Ministry Plan A-48-34 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Nipissing as H-22(LT), be amended so as to cease to apply to Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2696-59.
