Order in Council 897/2022
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
- the portion of highway in the township of Victoria, in the District of Sudbury, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2532-24, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on February 13, 2019, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended; and
- order in council OC-1313/70, dated April 30, 1970, designating the above mentioned highway as the King’s Highway and shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2532-14, be revoked.
- the designation as controlled-access highway contained in Schedule 56 to Regulation 402, RRO 1970 and shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2532-14, be revoked.
