On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the geographic township of Macaulay, now in the Town of Bracebridge in the District of Muskoka, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2215-168, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on April 29, 2020, be designated as described below:

  1. Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2215-168 be designated as a controlled-access highway, pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended; and
  2. the designation as a proposed controlled-access highway by Order in Council ROC 11/75 effective January 27, 1975 and added as Schedule 39 to Regulation 398, RRO 1970 by O. Reg. 46/75 shown on ministry Plan P-2215-18, be revoked; and
  3. the designation as a proposed controlled-access highway by Order in Council ROC 11/75 effective January 27, 1975 and added as Schedule 39A to Regulation 398, RRO 1970 by O. Reg. 46/75 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Muskoka as (LT) 76759, Misc. 110 shown on ministry Plan P-2215-111, be revoked; and
  4. the designation as a controlled-access highway by Order in Council OC 2446/80 effective September 3, 1980 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Muskoka as (RO) 155591 shown on ministry Plan P-2215- 135, be revoked; and
  5. the designation as a controlled-access highway by Order in Council OC 821/88 effective March 31, 1988 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Muskoka as (LT) 140680 shown on ministry Plan P-2215-147, be revoked.
