Order in Council 900/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the geographic township of Conger, now in the Township of Seguin and in the Township of the Archipelago, in the District of Parry Sound, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation as shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2504-66, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeast Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on May 21, 2020, be designated as described below:

1. Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2504-66 be designated as a controlled-access highway, pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended; and
2. the designation as a proposed controlled-access highway by order in council O.C. 1332/99, effective June 16, 1999 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Parry Sound as No. 230456(LT), shown on Ministry Plan P-2504-7, be amended so as to cease to apply to Part 1 on Ministry Plan P- 2504-66.
