On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the geographic townships of Glackmeyer and Lamarche, now in the Town of Cochrane, in the District of Cochrane, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation as shown as Parts 1,2,3,4 and 5 on Ministry Plan P- 2213-47, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on May 20, 2021, be designated as described below:

  1. Parts 1,2 and 3 on Ministry Plan P-2213-47 be designated as a controlled- access highway, pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended; and
  2. Parts 4 and 5 on Ministry Plan P-2213-47 be designated as the King’s highway, pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended; and
  3. the designation as a controlled-access highway by order in council O.C 1038/84, effective April 13, 1984 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Cochrane as (L.T.) 31897 Misc. 290 shown on Ministry Plan P- 2213-41, be revoked; and
  4. the designation as a King’s highway by order in council O.C 1138/64, effective April 9, 1964 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Cochrane as (L.T.) 139944 shown on Ministry Plan P-2213-37, be revoked.
