Order in Council 904/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway, in the City of Mississauga, Geographic Township of Toronto, Regional Municipality of Peel, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being more particularly described in the attached Schedule “A”, be

1. designated as Controlled-Access Highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended, and;
2. transferred to the Corporation of The City of Mississauga, and be vested in and under the jurisdiction and control of The Corporation of the City of Mississauga, on and after the day this Order is approved, pursuant to subsection 29(4) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
