On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council OC-1420/76, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Registry Division of Peel as Instrument No. VS405589, certain lands were placed under the jurisdiction and control of the former Minister of Government Services, now the Minister of Government and Consumer Services, with a reversionary interest clause, in favour of the former Minister of Transportation and Communications, now the Minister of Transportation, requiring the transfer of jurisdiction and control of any part or parts of the lands as may be required from time to time for highway purposes, to the former Minister of Transportation and Communications, now the Minister of Transportation.

And whereas the said land situates, lying and being:

Part of Lot 11, Concession 2, North of Dundas Street (Geographic Township of Toronto), shown as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 on a Reference Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for Land Titles Division of Peel as Plan 43R-39750 (MTO Plan P-5005-0329).

Now therefore the reversionary interest in the land is now and hereafter no longer required for the purpose of the Minister of Transportation and it is further deemed expedient to release the reversionary interest reserved in Order-in-Council OC-1420/76, pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
