Order in Council 920/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, by Order in Council numbered 676/2017, effective January 29, 2017, Édith Dumont was reappointed as a member of the Ontario French-language Educational Communications Authority (“TFO”);

And whereas, Édith Dumont has submitted a notice of resignation from such position;

Now therefore, pursuant to section 2 of the Ontario French-Language Educational Communications Authority Act, 2008, Order in Council 676/2017 is revoked effective March 27, 2018.
