Order in Council 921/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the Township of Patience in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation shown as;

1.  
   1. Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Ministry Plan P-3285-13, being a Crown Land Plan registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Plan F63118 (MISC549);
   2. Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Ministry Plan P-3285-14, being a Crown Land Plan registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Plan F67873 (MISC550); and
   3. Parts 2 and 3 on Ministry Plan P-3285-15, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northwestern Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 21^st day of February, 2019,

   be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.50, as amended, and

2. Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-3285-15, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northwestern Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 21^st day of February, 2019 be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.50 as amended.
