On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

  1. the portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Delamere, in the Municipality of French River, District of Sudbury, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation and shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-3086-28, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on November 29, 2018, be designated as a controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended; and
    1. the designation as King’s highway described in Order in Council OC 3607/70 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Sudbury as Instrument 293341 (P-3272-32), be amended so as to cease to apply to Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-3086-28 filed as described above; and
    2. the designation as King’s highway described in Order in Council OC-2874/60 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Sudbury as Instrument 164796 (P-3086-2) be revoked; and
  2.  
    1. the designation as a controlled-access highway described in Schedule 30 to Regulation 402, R.R.O. by O. Reg. 718/73 effective November 19, 1973 and shown on Ministry Plan P-3086-2;
    2. the designation as a controlled-access highway described in order in council ROC-61/76 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Sudbury as Instrument 397486 (P-3086-3), and added as Schedule 30a to Regulation 402 by O. Reg. 150/76; and
    3. the designation as a controlled-access-highway described in Order in Council OC 567/2007 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Sudbury as Instrument SD76908 (P-3086-4);

    be revoked.
