Order in Council 925/2020
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
- the portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Cox, District of Sudbury, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as PARTS 1 and 2 on Ministry Plan P-3038-16, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on January 14, 2019, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended; and
- the designation as King’s highway described in Order in Council OC-2886/60, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Sudbury as Instrument 164794 (P-3038-2), be amended so as to cease to apply to Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry Plan P-3038-16 filed as described above; and
-
- the designation as controlled-access highway described in Schedule 31 to Regulation 402, RRO 1970, by O. Reg. 718/73, and shown on Ministry Plan P-3038-2;
- the designation as controlled-access highway described in Order in Council ROC-61/76 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Sudbury as Instrument 397488 (P-3038-3) and added as Schedule 31A to Regulation 402 by O. Reg. 150/76; and
- the designation as controlled-access highway described in Order in Council OC 951/2007 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Sudbury as Instrument SD 79298 (P-3038-4):
be revoked.
