Order in Council 927/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the Township of Grain, in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 3 on Ministry Plan P-3088-2, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Plan TY263120, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.50, as amended.
