Order in Council 928/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portion of highway in the Townships of Clifford, Elliott and Harker in the District of Cochrane, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation and shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-7387-10, Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-7388-9 and Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-7389-5, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on July 23, 2018, be designated as secondary highway pursuant to section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended; and
2. the designation as a secondary highway by order in council O.C. 897/90, effective April 4, 1990 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Cochrane as 396665(LT), Misc. 361C, shown on Ministry Plan P-7336 be amended so as to cease to apply to the portions of highway shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-7387-10, Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-7388-9 and Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-7389-5.
