Order in Council 929/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portions of highway, in the City of Burlington (Geographic Township of East Flamborough), Regional Municipality of Halton, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being:
   1. part of Lot 7, Concession 1, shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2792-0111 filed with Geomatics Section, Central Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto on the 12th day of April 2019; and
   2. part of Lots 6 and 7, Concession 1, shown as Parts 2 and 3 on Ministry Plan P-2792-0111 filed with Geomatics Section, Central Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto on the 12th day of April 2019

   be designated as a controlled-access highway, pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended; and

2. the designation as a controlled-access highway described in Order-in-Council O.C.-771/2016 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Halton as Instrument No. HR1599599 be amended so as to cease to apply within the limits of Parts 5 and 8 on Plan 20R-19447, being a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Halton.
