Order in Council 929/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 27(1) and 30(1) of the Securities Commission Act, 2021,

Timothy Moseley of Toronto

is appointed as a full-time adjudicator of the Capital Markets Tribunal for a fixed term of three (3) years and is designated as the Chief Adjudicator for the term of his appointment, effective the later of the date that subsections 27(1) and 30(1) of Schedule 9 of the Protecting the People of Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2021 are proclaimed into force and the date that this Order in Council is made;

Further that Order in Council 1461/2020 be revoked on the effective date of this Order in Council.
