Order in Council 930/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway in the Town of Grimsby, Regional Municipality of Niagara, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being part of Lots 11 and 12, Concession 1 (Geographic Township of North Grimsby) and part of Lot 405, Corporation Plan No. 4 (Town of Grimsby), shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry Plan P-2114-0497, filed in the Geomatics Section, Central Regions, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto on the 16^th day of August 2018, be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
