Order in Council 933/2017
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
The part of the highway situate, lying and being in the Geographic Township of Jacques, Territorial District of Thunder Bay, designated as Part 1, on Reference Plan 55R-13903, being part of the road and part of the 20.12M reserve, and in the Province of Ontario, containing 0.229 hectares, more or less, and that is more particularly described in the attached Schedule “A”, being in a territorial district not being within an organized municipality, is hereby stopped up; and the soil and freehold of the stopped up highway be sold to Cheryl Marie York and Kevin Brian York, non-Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry employees, as joint tenants, or the successor(s) in title, all pursuant to section 29.1 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O.1990, c.P.50.
