On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to subsection 14(1) of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation Act, 2017, the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation (the “Corporation”) may, subject to the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, establish job categories, salary ranges and conditions of employment for its employees;

And whereas the Corporation wishes to establish job categories, salary ranges and conditions of employment for employees (the “Unionized Employees”) represented by the Ontario Public Service Employees Union, on behalf of local 553 (the “Union”), the Corporation seeks the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council to establish job categories, salary ranges and conditions of employment for the Unionized Employees in accordance with the attached Memorandum of Settlement signed February 2, 2022 and its Addendum signed March 1, 2022 between the Corporation and the Union which include a form of the Collective Agreement with a term from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2025 (collectively the “Memorandum”);

Pursuant to subsection 14(1) of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation Act, 2017, the job categories, salary ranges and conditions of employment for the Unionized Employees established in accordance with the attached Memorandum are hereby approved.
