Order in Council 951/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Under subsection 42(9) of the Courts of Justice Act, the Honourable Justice Stephen Joseph Fuerth, a regional senior judge, be reappointed as regional senior judge of the Ontario Court of Justice for the West Region for a period of three years, effective May 7, 2017.
