Order in Council 976/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, as amended, John McBeth of Bradford be appointed as Deputy Fire Marshal of Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective April 15, 2022 for a period not to extend beyond October 19, 2022.
