Order in Council 978/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas The Niagara Parks Commission as owner of the lands north of the former Queenston Quarry, Niagara-on-the-Lake (Queenston), having the description set out in Schedule “A”, attached hereto (the “Lands”), wishes to sell the Lands to Queenston Quarry Reclamation Company Ltd.;

Now therefore pursuant to subsection 7(c) of the Niagara Parks Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. N. 3, as amended, approval is hereby given to The Niagara Parks Commission to:

1. sell the Lands to Queenston Quarry Reclamation Company Ltd; and
2. execute such documents as may be necessary for that purpose.
