Order in Council 991/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Jeanie Theoharis of Mississauga be reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending May 26, 2023.

Further, whereas Jeanie Theoharis was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective August 31, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 1189/2019;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1189/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
