On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas subsection 159(6) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 provides that the with the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (“Board”) may acquire real property that the Board considers necessary for its purposes and may dispose of it;

And whereas the Board considers it necessary for its purposes to acquire leasehold interests in Kingston, North Bay, Kitchener and Sudbury;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 159(6) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, the following lease arrangements of the Board are approved:

  1. An extension of a lease arrangement at 234 Concession Street, Suite 304, Kingston, Ontario, K7K 6W6.
  2. An extension of a lease arrangement at 128 McIntyre Street West, 3rd Floor, North Bay Ontario, P1B 2Y6.
  3. An extension of a lease arrangement at 55 King Street West, 3rd and 5th Floors, Kitchener Ontario, N2G 4W1.
  4. An extension of a lease arrangement at 30 Cedar Street, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Floors, Sudbury, Ontario, P3E 1A4.
