Order in Council 998/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the designation as a controlled-access highway described in Schedule 71A to Regulation 394, R.R.O. 1970 by O. Reg. 440/76 effective May 19, 1976 and shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-4099-67 be revoked pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
