Appendix “A”

Order in Council OC-1209/94

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council, orders that:

the administration, control and the exercise of the beneficial use of the public lands situate, lying and being in the Town of Little Current, in the Territorial District of Manitoulin and the Province of Ontario, containing by admeasurement 0.161 hectares and as more particularly described in the attached Schedule "A" be, and are hereby, transferred pursuant to section 2 of the Public Lands Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.43, to Her Majesty the Queen in right of ontario as represented by the Chair of Management Board of Cabinet for the sum of $750.00, for the period during which the said public lands are required by the said grantee for the purpose of a boathouse, and upon condition that: -

  1. when the said public lands are no longer required for the stated purpose, the administration, control and the exercise of the beneficial use of the said public lands will be retransferred, without charge or cost to the Minister of Natural Resources, in a safe and clean condition satisfactory to the said Minister of Natural Resources, and
  2. at the request of the Minister of Natural Resources, and immediately before the retransfer referred to in clause (a) above, all improvements, structures, buildings, chattels or things will be removed from the said public lands without any charge or cost to the said Minister of Natural Resources.
