Canada Post Strike
Starting Saturday, October 11, Canada Post will move from a nation-wide strike action to rotating strikes. As a result, mail and parcel delivery will resume, although customers may continue to experience delays in mail service.
Clients can contact the court office by email, attend in person, or file online.
Clients are encouraged to have an email address on file for the court to send notices and other communications in their proceeding.

Scam alert
If you get a call or text with a link that claims to be from a courthouse in Ontario or your local area, it could be a scam. They might ask for personal info or a late fee payment. Report it here if you think the caller is a scammer.

Submitting documents or filing at a court in the Toronto region
Starting October 14, 2025, all online filings for the Toronto region must be submitted using the Ontario Courts Public Portal (OCPP).
The OCPP is for online filing of documents in these cases:
- Civil (including Commercial List and Contested Estates)
- Small Claims Court
- Enforcement
- Bankruptcy
- Divisional Court of the Superior Court of Justice
- Family (including the, Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice, and Family Court Branch of the Superior Court of Justice)
For all other regions outside of Toronto, please continue to use the Justice Services Online portal.
