We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

September 1, 2020 as the day on which the following provisions of the Cutting Unnecessary Red Tape Act, 2017, c.c. 20, which amend the Arthur Wishart Act (Franchise Disclosure), 2000, come into force:
Schedule 9, s. 3, 4.
