Cutting Unnecessary Red Tape Act, 2017

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

  1. October 19, 2021 as the day on which the following provisions of the Cutting Unnecessary Red Tape Act, 2017, c. 20, which amend the Business Corporations Act, come into force:

    Schedule 6, s. 1 (1), (2), (4), (5), 3, 4, 5 (2), 6, 11-15, 17, 18 (1), (3), (4), 19 (1), (4), 20 (1), (3), 21-31, 33, 34, 35 (1), 36, 37, 39, 40 (1), 41 (1), (2), 42-45.

  2. October 19, 2021 as the day on which the following provisions of the Cutting Unnecessary Red Tape Act, 2017, c. 20, which amend the Business Names Act, come into force:

    Schedule 6, s. 47-56, 57 (1), 58, 59.

  3. October 19, 2021 as the day on which the following provisions of the Cutting Unnecessary Red Tape Act, 2017, c. 20, which amend the Corporations Information Act, come into force:

    Schedule 6, s. 66 (1), (3)-(5), 67-83, 84 (1), 85, 86.

  4. October 19, 2021 as the day on which the following provisions of the Cutting Unnecessary Red Tape Act, 2017, c. 20, which amend the Extra-Provincial Corporations Act, come into force:
