Restoring Ontario’s Competitiveness Act, 2019

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

February 1, 2023 as the day on which the following provisions of the Restoring Ontario’s Competitiveness Act, 2019, c. 4, which amend the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act, come into force:
Schedule 1, s. 12, 13.
