Building Ontario Up for Everyone Act (Budget Measures), 2016

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

  • June 6, 2017 as the day on which the following provisions of the Building Ontario Up for Everyone Act (Budget Measures), 2016, c. 37, which amend the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009, come into force:
    • Schedule 17, s. 2, 11, 20 (1), (3).
