Enhancing Access to Justice Act, 2024

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

October 15, 2024 as the day on which the following provision of the Enhancing Access to Justice Act, 2024, c. 2, which amends the Courts of Justice Act, comes into force:
Schedule 6, s. 7.
