Strengthening Safety and Modernizing Justice Act, 2023

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

October 1, 2023 as the day on which the following provisions of the Strengthening Safety and Modernizing Justice Act, 2023, c. 12, which amend the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019, come into force:
Schedule 6, s. 4 (1), (3), 5 (6), 8 (2), 10 (1), (9), 11 (1), 13.
