Advancing Oversight and Planning in Ontario’s Health System Act, 2021

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

October 26, 2021 as the day on which the following provisions of the Advancing Oversight and Planning in Ontario’s Health System Act, 2021, c. 27, being the Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority Act, 2021, come into force:
