Notes:

  1. Terms and conditions of employment include the AGCO’s Human Resource policies as set out from time to time.
  2. Employment benefits are 22.5% of actual salaries paid.
  3. For Ontario Public Service Employee Union Local 565-represented staff:
    1. Salary Range Rates for Classifications 1-16, excluding Classifications 15(a) and 16(a), are effective January 1, 2018.
    2. These salary rates will be adjusted by 2% effective January 1, 2019, by 2% effective January 1, 2020 and by 1.5% effective January 2021.
    3. Employees are eligible for a one-time lump sum payment of $200 (gross) in 2018.
  4. For non-bargaining unit staff, salary range rates for Classifications 1-16, including 15(a), 16(a), 17 and 20 set out in the revoked OIC 603/2108 remain in effect as of January 1, 2018.
  5. Classifications eligible for incentive payments at the Board’s discretion are non-bargaining unit positions within Classifications 12-16, but do not include Classifications 15(a) and 16(a).
  6. Despite anything in this OIC, the Broader Public Sector Executive Compensation Act may set out additional restrictions for executive compensation at the AGCO.
