Proclamation

Strengthening Quality and Accountability for Patients Act, 2017

Order in Council 789/2018 directed the issuance of a proclamation in respect of the Strengthening Quality and Accountability for Patients Act, 2017. The proclamation was issued on April 18, 2018. An amendment to the proclamation is now desired.

Therefore, we, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, amend the proclamation by revoking clause (b).
