We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

November 1, 2019 as the day on which the following provisions of the Fixing the Hydro Mess Act, 2019, c. 6, which amend the Ontario Rebate for Electricity Consumers Act, 2016, come into force:
