Rebuilding Consumer Confidence Act, 2020

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

February 1, 2021 as the day on which the following provisions of the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act are repealed under section 32 of Schedule 5 to the Rebuilding Consumer Confidence Act, 2020, c. 14:
s. 6-10, 12, 16, 23 (1) (a), (b), (c), (d), 23 (3).
