Proclamation

Working for Workers Act, 2021

Order in Council 620/2023 directed the issuance of a proclamation in respect of the Working for Workers Act, 2021. The proclamation was issued on May 11, 2023. An amendment to the proclamation is now desired.

Therefore, we, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, amend the proclamation by striking out “January 1, 2024” in clause (b) and substituting “July 1, 2024”.
