We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

December 31, 2021 as the day on which the following provision of the Protecting What Matters Most Act (Budget Measures), 2019, c. 7, which amends the Municipal Act, 2001, comes into force:
Schedule 40, s. 64.
