Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

January 1, 2024 as the day on which the following provisions of the Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023, c. 9, which amend the Oil, Gas and Salt Resources Act, come into force:
Schedule 23, s. 1, 7, 8, 9 (2), 11 (1), (7), (8), 13 (5).
