Building More Mines Act, 2023

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

April 1, 2024 as the day on which the following provisions of the Building More Mines Act, 2023, c. 6, which amend the Mining Act, come into force:
s. 1 (1), 4-8, 10, 11 (1), (3), (4), 13 (1), (2), (4), 14-16, 17 (1)-(3), (5), (6), 21, 22 (2)-(4), 23, 24, 25 (1) (b), (2), 27, 28 (1).
