We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

July 1, 2023 as the day on which the following provisions of the Restoring Trust, Transparency and Accountability Act, 2018, c. 17, which amend the Pension Benefits Act, come into force:
Schedule 33, s. 11 (2), 13.
