We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

April 1, 2024 as the day on which the following provisions of the Smarter and Stronger Justice Act, 2020, c. 11, which amend the Civil Remedies Act, 2001, come into force:
Schedule 3, s. 1 (2), (3), 15 (2).
