Building Infrastructure Safely Act, 2024

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

May 1, 2024 as the day on which the following provisions of the Building Infrastructure Safely Act, 2024, c. 1, which amend the Ontario Underground Infrastructure Notification System Act, 2012, come into force:
s. 8 (7), 9 (7), 12.
