Less Red Tape, More Common Sense Act, 2023

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

July 1, 2024 as the day on which the following provisions of the Less Red Tape, More Common Sense Act, 2023, c. 20, which amend the Ontario Heritage Act, come into force:
