Proclamation

The People’s Health Care Act, 2019

Order in Council 455/2020 directed the issuance of a proclamation in respect of the The People’s Health Care Act, 2019. The proclamation was issued on March 12, 2020. The revocation of the proclamation is now desired.

Therefore, we, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, revoke the proclamation.
