Providing More Care, Protecting Seniors, and Building More Beds Act, 2021

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

March 16, 2022 as the day on which the following provisions of the Providing More Care, Protecting Seniors, and Building More Beds Act, 2021, c. 39, which amend the Retirement Homes Act, 2010, come into force:
Schedule 3, s. 2 (3), 5, 7, 9, 12, 13 (1), 15 (1), (4), (5).
