- Employees are entitled to receive benefits, at a cost to the employer of 22.5% of actual salaries paid.
- Maximum for Classifications 15(a), 16(a), 17, and 20 is the salary and performance-related pay caps set out and determined under the AGCO Executive Compensation Program under the Broader Public Sector Executive Compensation Act, 2014 (“BPSECA”)
- Maximum for Classifications 15(a), 16(a), 17, and 20 is subject to adjustment as salary and performance-related pay caps in accordance with BPSECA.
- Maximum rate of increase in salary and performance-related pay envelope is 5% per year in accordance with AGCO Executive Compensation Program under BPSECA.
