  1. Salary range rates for Classifications 1-16, not including Classification 15(a), effective January 1, 2017.
  2. Salary range rates for Classifications 15(a), 16(a), 17 and 20 effective September 1, 2017.
  3. Classifications eligible for incentive payments include 1 to 16. 
  4. Employees are entitled to receive benefits, at a cost to the employer of 22.5% of actual salaries paid.
  5. Maximum for Classifications 15(a), 16(a), 17, and 20 is the salary and performance-related pay caps set out and determined under the AGCO Executive Compensation Program under the Broader Public Sector Executive Compensation Act, 2014  (“BPSECA”)
  6. Maximum for Classifications 15(a), 16(a), 17, and 20 is subject to adjustment as salary and performance-related pay caps in accordance with BPSECA.
  7. Maximum rate of increase in salary and performance-related pay envelope is 5% per year in accordance with AGCO Executive Compensation Program under BPSECA.
